DSAEK in Aphakic Eyes

Evaluation of the outcomes of DSAEK performed in aphakic eyes with endothelial decompensation. DSAEK with venting incisions was performed in 41 aphakic eyes (transcorneal fixation suture in 14 eyes). Before, as well as 1, 6, 12, and 24 after DSAEK, BCVA, manifest refraction, and endothelial cell count were assessed in alle yes.
